During the event, we’ll focus on:

During the first part of this seminar, we’ll explore how to nurture and refine your business idea, ensuring it aligns with market needs and your own values. You’ll learn to identify the unique value your startup offers and how to communicate that to the world.

Once your idea is refined and ready to be launched, it’s time to take the important step of making your business official. In this section, we’ll walk you through the essential steps to register a company in Sweden. You'll get a clear overview of the legal and administrative aspects.

In this hands-on session, we’ll introduce you to the basics of prototyping and how to start building simple models for your product. You’ll learn how to quickly turn your ideas into tangible prototypes, even if you have little or no technical background. We’ll also dive into the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and explore how AI can be used to enhance your startup’s products and services.

You’ll learn how to:

• Structure Your Pitch: Understand the key elements of a great pitch—what to include, what to leave out, and how to present your startup in a clear and engaging way. We’ll cover the problem, solution, market opportunity, and why your startup is the right team to solve it.

• Craft Your Message: Learn how to communicate your idea succinctly and effectively, making sure it resonates with your audience—whether they’re potential investors, partners, or customers.
  
• Create a First Draft: During the session, you’ll work on drafting your own pitch with guidance from experts. We’ll help you refine your language, tone, and focus, so you can communicate with confidence.
  
• Pitch Practice: You’ll get the chance to practice delivering your pitch in a safe and supportive environment, receiving feedback to help you improve and refine your delivery.
  

All participants get the chance to practice their pitches in front of each other within the program and a small pre-jury, receiving valuable feedback ahead of the Demo Day Pitch Night.
